Dear ma'am, Regarding the 4 year plan, point 4e (participation in school level activities) and point 4h (calendar of events-list of participated events in chronological order), what is the difference?

Hi,
For points E, F and G under Current Situation, they all about participation of activities. The only difference would be that they are under school level, Red Cross HQ Level or Enrichment Level. They are under three different categories, so under point H, Calendar of Events, there is a consolidation of them all in chronological order. Does this make it clearer for you? [:

Hi all,
With regards to Geraldine's question, the weekly programme will start on a new year. So, it will start in January and go all the way to December. For the year, I'm not very particular. As I mentioned, we can backtrack to start our year as 2006, or if you are more comfortable with 2007, I am okay too. Ultimately, the plan is for a new year ahead so it just starts on a new year.
With regards to Noel's questions, those will be under Section 4, Current Situation. Under Section 4, point A is on Breakdown of Unit's Strength (no of boys and girls, breakdown of Year 1 to 5), point B is on Rank Distribution, point C on Incentive Badges (breakdown of types and no of badges attained) and point D on Awards. There are quite a lot of other points under Section 4 so please do take note.
Also, another question raised by your fellow leader is regarding the Work Plan. You are supposed to plan for 20 weeks in one year, and the plan is reflected in a weekly programme format.
Hope my reply helps to answer all your queries!
Thanks.
Regards, Wei Shan

Hi,
Yes, you can come up with a new orbat chart. What is more important will be your planning process. [:

Dear Ma'am, For the camp proposal, do we need to lesson plans for the various activities or lessons, or do we need to do the content of what games we want to play if we have station games? Cos if we do already and we are really going to exceute the plans, then the various lesson ICs need not do the lesson plans already which would be unfair for the committee.

Hi,
I do not need the detailed lesson plans and station games plan. I would just need an outline of the programme of the camp, which should be well-balanced and enriching.
