IMPORTANT: DEADLINE OF EXERCISE

Hi all,

This is a reminder that your reports for Exercise Neutrality are due on 20th June 2006, 1200 hrs to Mr Albert Peh in VDD, Red Cross HQ. Please note that this deadline is extremely importantly to stick to as your passing out is on the 24th June 2006 and we have to mark your reports by 21st June 2006 in order to have your results by the 24th. I will not accept any report that comes after 1200hrs on 20th June 2006.

I believe as the leaders that you all are now, you can stick to the deadline right? [:

Also, one school came up to me during camp and informed me that one of you are travelling overseas and asked for an extension. For that school, please drop a reply here with your school name and I'll get back to you with regards to the deadline alright?

Dear Wei Shan Ma'am,
I am Tan Kang Wei from Hua Yi Secondary and i am having troubles with my proposal as in not having enough time to complete it. As there is only 2 trainees from Hua Yi Secondary and the other trainee does not have internet, most of the compiling and contacting of my YOs is done by me. She did helpped but only tell me about how to do each section of the proposal. I tried to get my proposal done on time today in the morning but i failed to complete even until now. Can you kindly spare me 2 more days for me to finalise everything?

Dear Ma'am

I'm Hanif from Raffles Institution and I'm currently having problems with my computer being able to save it in a soft copy. My other 2 schoolmates are away for a school activity and thus they are unable to help me in this situation. Therefore can I request that I hand in the hard copy first to HQ and then hand in the soft copy tmr so as to enable my father to repair or look into the problem of my computer? thanks

I am kalai from Guangyang secondary school and i am having problems in completing my proposal as i dont have enough manpower. I have to do everything on my own as my fellow cadet went overseas. There's only two of us from our school, now left alone is only me. Can i have extension of deadline until 4.30 today.
