Hi all,
The number of people (trainers + trainees) involved in the supper is 40 (25 trainees and 15 trainers). Please check through the proposal for this mistake and make amendments to it. In addition, you guys are to enquire (ask) about the catering services and so, do not make any confirmation with the catering services yet.
Rui Xian ma'am wants you guys to include one more ingredient in outdoor cooking and/or include fruits in your meals. Please keep within your budget.
I need you guys to send to me the final copy of your F&B proposal by LATEST 11am today (7 JUNE 2006).
