Hi all!
The day 1 committee's F&B proposals have been vetted. Below are some errors of each groups:
-A1-
- Had a few reusable foodstuffs: Salt (1/4 packets), Condensed Milk (1 can), Milo (1 packet), Eggs (20 eggs), cooking oil (1 bottle),
- log. list should be under the logistics and not under the F&B
- Clarify how many chicken wings per packet? Do you think it is enough?
- For the milo, is it individual packet (those instant kind) or what? If it is those instant kind, might not condensed milk though. Clarify.
-B1-
- not all the brands of the food are filled in
- Lack of salt and other seasonings for their outdoor cooking (mentioned in AOP)
- Had a few reusable foodstuffs: Sugar (1 packet), Milo (2 tins), Eggs (30 eggs)
- Please indicate the total budget given and the amount leftover after spending
- the amount canned mushroom is not filled (indicate the net weight)
- the total price does not tally with the unit price for the amount to be bought (Please refer to the cabbage under dinner)
- Do not quite understand their amount and quantity.
- Crabsticks, 16 pcs/ 2 packets for 25 people? 1 packet 16 pieces or 2 packet 16 pieces? Please clarify.
- Same thing for instant noodles. 5 bigs pack or 25 packets? Please clarify.
- Same for cabbage as well. Clarify amount and quantity.
- Where is the budget list for B1?
- Supper, B1 did not include trainers. Pls ask them to amend.

- wrong marketing venue
- Please include a budget list
- Please refer to other groups (A1 or B1) if unsure of how to do the budget list
- What is the amount to be bought for each item?
- Item/Brand/Source/Amount/Unit price/Ouantity/Total price
- Refer to the errors of other groups so as to do a nice touch-up on your proposal
Please do the editing and send it to me by today 6 June 2006 1900hrs (7.00pm).
Note: the marketing venue is at Chai Chee NTUC
All marketing will be done on day 1

P.S. Catering is to be done during camp and not before camp (from Lionel sir)
