After much reminders, there are still groups which hadn't emailed me both or either the safety SOPs and items required in the FA kit/pouches.

Those groups are A1, A2, B1, B3, C1
Please be reminded that i'm still awaiting those issues.

Dear all safety ICs,

Please be reminded to send your safety plans for the activities out of campsite with reference to the meeting we had today by Friday June 09 7pm. Email it to Doreen Ma'am and CC it to Eusoff Sir and me so that we can keep in the loop.

Also, please remember that you all are suppose to come up with a SOP to deal with emergencies as well as the tagging system as a whole programme. This must be done also by the deadline as above.

Do not prepare the stuff to tag the necessary people until we have given you guys the green light to do so.

Also, do disseminate the fire safety plan, which i will send to all safety ics, to all the trainees as it is important for all trainees to be aware how to react in the situation of a fire.

All these applies to all the groups as well as the campfire. Besides those that have gotten pior approval from Doreen Ma'am, all groups as well as the campfire committee are supposed to send in their safety SOP. This is especially for Exercise Independence and Exercise Impartiality, as we will be travelling out of the campsite over a period of time.
