To all leaders,

for those who have not submitted your report, pls be reminded of the purpose of the report. It is for the trainers to get feedback on each activity/day and i stressed it is not to relate what/how the whole activity was carried out. We KNOW what is ex independence, we know you all hiked bukit timah hill, what the trainers want is more of:

what went well
what went wrong vs what should have happened
what i can do to ensure mistakes are not repeated/ how can i improve
what the trainers could do to better conduct the exercse

As for feedback for trainers, pls look into their bearing/leadership style/communication skills/attributes you think you can emulate from, most importantly, it is for our development in terms of leadership and management.

hope all your reports could be geared towards the above mentioned and you can implement that in your unit in time to come
