Hi all,
Please be reminded to do your reflections for the end of Contact Session 3.
The questions for reflections as given in your Unit Leader Handbook:
End of Contact Session 3:
1. What do you think you have learnt out of the activities today?
2. In which aspects do you think you have done well today? Are these what you expected yourself to have done? If not, what enabled you to perform?
3. How do you think you have contributed to your group¡¦s performance today?
4. What do you think you and your group mates can do to further improve the group¡¦s performance for the upcoming days?
Similarly, all reflections are to be done on proper A4 lined paper with the proper headings and questions copied. Your name and group must also be written clearly.
This set of reflections will be collected before the start of Camp. Please do remember to bring them for submission to your group mentors.
For those who have forgotten to submit your others sets of reflections to your mentors, please do so ASAP.
Also, we have noted that some reflections are not taken seriously by some trainees. Be reminded that you can learn best if you seriously think about what you are doing, and thus do put in the effort for it.
