Tasks for C1 AOP
Secretary:
- Compile everything together into the Proposal
- After which to Print and Photocopy 5 sets for VIs
- Ensure that everyone has a hardcopy of updated AOP by Wednesday
- Change nominal rolls to follow Joan ma’am’s format
- Take down meeting minutes during all meetings including this Wed’s AOP
- Remember to check all standardisations
Program IC:
- Movement Chart
- Add in time taken for each round and how many rounds to run for orientation run (around 20min each)
- Add in stopwatch for orientation run
- Add diagram for manpower allocation for orientation run
- Sitting arrangement in canteen (VIs to be sitted at front of canteen (kitchen))
- Follow group B1’s area cleaning allocation
- Detailed program list
- Include Venues for all
Logistic IC
- Change current log list to the log list format given
- Add in Group Items ( Water bottle, flag)
- Standardise labeling of items that we need to bring
- Add in stopwatch under committee log list
- Add another digital watch for group list (for Day IC)
- Compile all log list
- Check the log list that VIs need
Food and Beverage IC
- Include caterer’s name, contact and address
- Include price for the catering
- Contact Lionel Sir after our AOP is accepted to confirm the catering order
- Include recipe for Horlicks
- Include how much macaroni and cream of mushroom (for lunch) and biscuits and horlicks /for supper) are there in each serving
- Seek for help in converting everything into softcopy as Chi Shan wouldn’t be in Singapore for you to fax to
Safety IC
- Include contents of First Aid Pouch
- Include maps for emergency addresses (must be joint of campsite and location) (can be obtained from www.streetdirectory.com/, but remember to include credit)
- Include nearest private hospital
- Go to the campsite to check locations of fire extinguishers especially on 2nd and 3rd level (contact Joan ma’am to book campsite as you will need access to those 2 levels)

- Font should be sized 12 and Times New Roman
- Heading to be Bold and Underlined,
- Sub heading to be underlined
- Main bullets should look like the black dot like this:

- Please do the reflections for contact session 2 at the back of handbook and hand in this Saturday.
- Everyone must have the updated hardcopy AOP by presentation.
- Must inform mentors of any meeting.
- All application forms, $10 and passport size photo to be handed in this Saturday
- Do share you tasks between you and the 2 IC.
- AOP soft copy files will be sent to ur email

- Mufti (RC tee + trackpants)
- Arrive at campsite by 1.15pm
- Absentees to hand in MC or parents letter, reflections and please note that your lesson presentation is this Saturday

Dear C1 groupmates,
We are going to be away for 5 days, so we are unable to attend the AOP session and contribute much these few days. Sorry. No matter what, be confident of yourselves and believe that all of you all can do it for the AOP. Encourage and support one another, and do one each other when in times of need. We will pray for the group back in Pulau Ubin and miss you all a lot, so do miss us back too! OK, Good Luck (Mumtaz) and All The Best (Chi Shan) and STUDY HARD for the Theory MCQ Test. Be responsible for all your tasks. Don’t miss us.
