Hi all Leaders,
Now that school have started and all of you will be embarking on your leadership journey, I hope that all of you will do your very best for your unit,regardless of your position.
As the case study during the camp suggests, leaders do face obstacles and problems but also learn from it, thus I hope that all of you can share your experience in this forum with each other and all of us can learn from it.
