Hi Leaders,

Today I went to HQ and happen to see a few issues which i felt needs your attention.

• Responsibility
  If you are unable to submit anything requested, it is your duty to inform the OIC, not the OIC coming to ask for it.
  
  
• Punctuality
  It is clearly stated and told that the deadline is 1200, thus if you will be late in submitting, it is again your duty and a form of courtesy to inform the OIC way beforehand.I know some of you actually requested for extension of deadline but it could have been done much earlier, not at the very last minute.
  
  
• Bearing
  As leaders, we behave,talk and dress like one. It will not look too good on you if you come to HQ with slippers,unclipped hair and worst of all, tucked out rcy/school t-shirts. Remember, your juniors will take on what you are now, so how u portray urself affects them too.
  

Now, all the talks about being a leader, the journey has already begun. Leaders,it's time to do something about ur attitude and bearing.

Remember, all of u went thru Unit Leaders Programme to be a? Leader, a positive role model for ur unit.

Nonetheless, I'm proud of those who came with proper attire,and submitted a quality work on time.

I'm sure we all can learn from the above points mentioned.
